This week, Nokia launched its first tablet PC with Android OS. That is a new start of Nokia. Nokia mobile phone was well known couples of years ago, but in fact, about 13 years ago, Nokia has already developed its first tablet, M510. It is even 9 years before iPad. We can say Nokia M510 is the start, but we believe, Nokia N1 will not be the end. Today, let’s share some old tablets from Nokia.

Nokia M510 was launched in 2001, and Nokia produced thousands of this unit, but at last, this projection was cancelled. The reason is Nokia believe most people can not accept this product. This M510 came with 32MB SDRAM, and 32GB flash memory. It owns one 10 inch screen, resolution is 800*600 pixels. The operation system is EPOC.
In 2005, Nokia launched another tablet, model number is N770. There were three button on the body. Unit owned one 4.1 inch screen. Screen resolution is 800*480 pixels. CPU is from Texas Instrument, frequency is 252MHz. There are 64M RAM and 128M flash memory. It ran Maemo operation system.
Two years later, Nokia launched the N800 tablet, it also owned one 4.1 inch screen, resolution is 800*480 pixels. CPU frequency is 320Mhz, a bit higher than N770. The RAM is 1288M, and flash memory is 256M. It can support MicroSD slot, and GPS function.
Then Nokia Z500 was available. It was launched after iPad and tablets android. But it was also cancelled. It owned one 10 inch screen, resolution is 1366*720 pixels. Operation system is Meego. CPU is Intel Atom N450, frequency is 1.66GHz, GPU is GMA3150. There were camera, USB port and SD card slot on the body.
In 2013, Nokia launched the Lumia 2520. The unit ran the Windows RT OS, its CPU is Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. There was 2GB RAM and 32GB flash memory. The screen size is 10 inch, resolution is 1080P.
